Comparing GH peptides to HGH. What equals what?

Today will be the quickest read of any of my texts. A question I am frequently asked is how does a GHRP or Growth Hormone Secretagogue compare to exogenous HGH. Are there any quantitative guides?

It is very difficult to compare the two, but as far as overall clinical effects go, I would suggest that:

150 mcg GHRP / 150 mcg GHRH = 1 iu of HGH

There is the potential to dose GHS 2-3 x per day and still receive the maximum GH pulse before any desensitisation occurs.

In a nutshell, it is certainly possible in my experience to see the same benefits of 2 iu of HGH with 2-3 doses per day of a GHRP/GHRH combo. At that dose though, what protocol is the best/most affordable/convenient option? That is up to you to decide.

I hope this helps! Any specific questions related to this post do not hesitate to ask in the comments section below or email us at

The GHRP comparsion to GH is in the mcg, what would an estimate of 1 IU of GH equals how much MK677? For etc If one is dosing 20mg per day of MK677, what would that roughly equal to IUs of exogenous HGH?
